How It Works

At Illuminated Deva, the complete satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

Illuminated Deva are more than happy to accept  returns.

Please note that if your order contains broken bars, they are still able to be used. The wax will melt in the same way, Refunds will not be issued for broken bars.

To return your orders please contact us within 7 Days of receipt.

Items for return must be returned within 14 days in an unused, unopened condition and in it's original packaging.

Refunds will not be given on products that have been opened unless faulty/defective.

Please provide us with proof of postage buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations or exchanges on any orders.

Due to the nature of custom or personalised orders we are unable to accept cancellations, Returns, Refunds or Exchanges unless the item arrives to you as damaged or defective in any way.

Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

Turnaround is roughly 1-3 working days. All stock is made prior so stock is ready to go, items out of stock or low in stock may take 7 working days.

Delivery time we estimate 1-3 business days posting via Royal Mail first class signed for. Postage prices will vary based on weight and order amount.
